If singers doing this right now in this time they get shot, because they make terrible music! You don't see idiots like that Bieber driving around on a tractor, He don't even know how a bicycle works.
It's started the other way around. Ever since MJ died all his "loyal" fans started corrupting Elvis pages with their filthy lies and irrational statements. Elvis fans are always on the defense. I've looked up Elvis and MJ pages and seen nasty comments forwarded by MJ fans towards Elvis, but never the other way around. It's makes me sick to my stomach.
Loved every second going around Graceland, it was not a huge mansion but a home, a family home, I loved it so much went back up again later in the day. Fabulous, could feel Elvis love all around, could imagine him in there, laughing, singing, playing around with Priscilla and Lisa Marie. Going back in 2012, looking forward to going round again, could go every day if I lived closer and could never get tired of visiting. Very emotional place, ...the meditation garden.
I was at Graceland and surprised how small it is. the whole place has been turned into some disneyland style tourist rip-off, with people being driven thorugh the rooms like cattle by these "guides" reminding me of Tokyo subway pushers.
MY SISTER ANNIE KNEW ELVIS - MY BROTHER AND I WOULD STEAL WATERMELONS OUT OF HIS TRUCK PATCH. PA HAD A BAD BACK AND WE NEEDED THE FOOD. WE EVEN ATE POLK-SALAD AND OF COURSE ELVIS SHARED HIS CANIBAS WITH US, WE ATE THAT TOO. BOY THE GOOD OLE DAYS!
Looks to me like his morals were in the right place. He got money and the first thing he did was take care of his family... I think it is the American dream...
A tractor with all the attatchments was all a family could want back in 1957... Here in the Southeast... I know my dad says that it was in the early 50's here in Catawba, Co. before the first farm tractors came around, and those were doctors and lawyers that had them on big farms...
@MrImsokewl I think you better remember, this was 1957, you'd have died to have lived the way the common folk lived in TN or any other southeastern countryman did back then. God forbid you lived in the 1800's around here... Pull a plow your damn self plow boy...

Elvis and his family were from Assembly of God church.
Elvis wore a cross and a Star of David and joked that he did so because he didn't want to be left out of heaven on a technicality. I believe both are still on display at Graceland, but not for sure since displays are rotated.
elvis did what he loved to do in its own time. he was a born rebel, a family man, a nice guy and a mad devil. is was all we want to be ! now he still makes more money then lots of new stars these days, and all what they do is talk about the time he was fat .... but most of his life he was a slim type of person... this add shows a young man doing the thing he does best, just being Elvis Presley, may god bless his soul!!!!

I was wrong. Haha, wuldnt b tha 1st time!
@black98870: The guy on the traktor is Elvis for sure, seriously it is really him for real. I know it is sort of strange, elvis 1957 already on top of the world, but yet working with a traktor on his land. btw. he was a truck driver, to drive a traktor would not be a problem for him anyways. I love the fooatge, it shows how natural elvis really was and as far as I heard from ppl who knew him personally they said he never changed, he never forget that he came from the slums and housing projects.
@rmoccero: does not matter where & when that foatge was taken. Fact is: it is Elvis on the traktor and Elvis was already famous when that fooatge was taken.
I love watching Elvis and his tractor. He.s a farm boy raised up in Tupelo. What'd You expect him to do. He loves corn also. I can see corn stalkes standing up behind him. This video is great. I love it.
he was a wonderfull man tell hollywood messed him up like it does everyone else. if the poperotsie would let them be and we would only enjoy there songs and movies and kept out of there personal life i think it would be easier there wouldnt be as many out burst like britney spears did.

That colonel Parker looks an absolute con man, doesn't he? I guess Elvis needed that sort of character at the start of his career though.Apparently he was a compulsive gambler - lost $1,000,000 in one night according to Memphis Mafia and worked Elvis to death to earn money to pay off his debts. Pity.

I am like in love with Buddy Holly. I was only 17 whenever he died. My birthday is actually on the day the music died. Ever since that day I knew I wasn't straight. Yeah, he's been my crush since then! I even wrote a tribute called Oh Boys! Please check it out on here! Lots of love and peace, and come back soon, Buddy!
