My 2yr old niece did something like that at a baby shower. I was sitting on the floor in front of the table with the cake on it. She came up next to me and at first just sat on my lap. Then she got up(I was busy taking pictures of the gifts) turned around and stuck her whole hand into the side of the cake...the funny part at first no one noticed...until she turned to me and said "Mmmm...Taste good Aunt Bannie(Brandie said by a 2yr old)!!!"
