  • Na Paki Jelabi is nice but it has a certain un pleasant smell, normaly oily, I have had this in Pakistan and england, Afghan Jelabi of Kabul is crisp and thin from outside and it has a soft centre over all it has a crunchy texture and normal amount of sweetness.

Other Afghan sweets? Sorry not enough space allowed in youtube, but a few are:

kHAJOOR, GOOSH FEEL, BAGHLAVA, FERNI, ROOT, KULCHA TANDORI, HALEEM, SAMANAK, HALWAI NESHAYESTA, SHEER PEERA JELABI AND MANY MANY MORE

  • There is no better Jelabi in the world then in Kabul city Afghanistan
