  • Run for life cocksucker, I am John Emeigh. My Uncle Ray Holler died killing these fuckers. and... they were/are our first cousins.

  • Um, since when does the money one spends on car insurance go towards 'roads' or any other form of public goods/services?? You pay car insurance to protect yourself from the ruin you might otherwise face after getting into an accident. As in, it's kind of like putting money into a savings account every month for the day that something unfortunate happens to your/someone else's car. What is this nonsense about car insurance 'paying for roads' or being the same as 'paying taxes'?

  • Wow! Car drivers are whiney lil bitches, aren't they?

  • "But the flowers makes you feel like you're riding through the countryside" hahahahah that's the most funny line in the whole thing I laughed my head off hahaha

  • this is how most cyclists ride in vancouver...watch this robertson...

    search youtube...c

Bike Messenger Helmet Cam in Downtown Vancouver

  • what an ass robertson is...green agenda nazi...wasting tax payers money on a project that does nothing other than kill business...i live/work downtown and see little bike traffic in those lanes even on sunny days...and i see as many bikes riding down any other street or sidewalk as on the dedicated lanes....on the sidewalk even on the streets with a bike lane (figure that one out)....what a shill...selling us out to the f'ing tides foundation/agenda21/ICLEI/eugenicist bastards...

  • Why those bikers don't go to Stanley park and enjoy. Second this biking stuff didn't work in china and now they are biggest car buying country.

  • Hitler would have loved bike lanes, 'cuz they keep those cycling vermin out of the way of important people. NYC's Mayor Bloomberg recently compared cyclists to smokers while justifying citations for cyclists who don't "stay in their place."

  • This is hilarious! Did you know that Hitler never had a driving license! LMAO!

  • This is great. Would like to see this clip on his reaction on Translink or BC Ferries.

  • I think the bike nazis who either are women who can use a guy's car when they really need one (or when they go on a date ;) ) or men who live and work there are delusional. If they think that they can ask all people who work downtown to live downtown (and use bikes), the price/rent will prohibit anyone to do so (and with a family, it won't be good). Better transit? The car and oil lobbyists will prevent that from happening. Govn't taxes gas, so they have a vested interest.

  • I do commend the people that do bike and for being enviormentally friendly. That is your choice and the city is clearly accommodating your needs, but driving is my choice, so why don't you accommodate my needs (to not hit you...) and follow the rules of the road. As well, it is my choice to pay for gas. yes it is expensive, but that is my choice.

  • I drive down hornby everyday and have seen countless times bikers NOT in the bike lane. WTF. as well... in my experience, the bikers i have come across do not follow rules of the road. I have had to slam on my breaks countless times when driving down a street when a biker with a stop sign flies through the intersection. No stopping. WTF. seriously. just because you are "more economically friendly" does not mean that you don't have to follow the rules of the road and obey traffic signals.

  • So BIke Guy....how do you think they got the bikes to the store??? I guess someone peddled them there from China!

  • Mein Kampf!!!!

  • hilarious. well done.

  • Don't mean to be rude, but fuck biking in downtown.

  • HILARIOUS

  • Wonderful!!

The little known "History of the Third Bike"

    :)

  • great video and I also think if we have so many bikes lanes that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars all cyclists should insure their bikes and get a license to ride. Like we do for motorcycles!

  • @lsoph9 Cycling safety records is too good to require licencing. Cycling reduces air pollution, noise pollution, traffic parking, lowers heath care costs. No licence burden required!

The more cyclists on the road the safer the road gets for all road users.

  • @Killroy1999 It's not practical to think everyone can cycle...for instance I live in Maple Ridge and work in Vancouver. I ride my motorcycle...get over 60 MPG and hardly any emissions..so you say because of safety records you guys do not need a license or insurance? Plenty of cars out there with great safety records, same with motorcycles...so, if someone drives or rides a vehicle with a great safety record they are too good for licensing? It called paying for the roads you ride on.

  • @lsoph9 I'm sure you are a great rider, but on average Motorcyclist are the most dangerous road users, slightly worse than SUVs. Motorcycles are a lot lighter than cars, but speed and mass mean kinetic energy, so motorcycle crashes then to hurt the rider and cause a lot more damage than a bicycle, hence the licencing discrepancy.

motorcycle emissions: There is a loophole in the EPA requirements for motorcycles and they are not required to scrub the exhaust as much as cars. Google it.

  • @Killroy1999 no matter what you say cyclists are riding on tax payers backs and you all should pay your way as we all do. You are not superior because you use leg power...the mayor of Vancouver and his council or really outta of their mind to use tax dollars to not only make lanes for you when hardly anyone uses them...but they are ugly to boot. And I am downtown almost daily and yes I hardly ever see rider in the lanes I see them out of them cutting through traffic and running red lights.

  • @alpha3939 once again you still get to ride for free...I pay property taxes, fuel taxes because own cars, license fees etc....on all our modes of transportation. Anything that uses the road for transportation needs to pay their fair share...we get hit from all ends of the spectrum and cyclists well even if you are a property owners or in a high income bracket like you say then why not support a tax on your bikes like we pay? Obviously you can afford it?

  • @lsoph9 I was actually incorrect about property taxes being the main funding for local roads, it comes mainly from general taxes, but the point remains that cyclists actually subsidize drivers when the big picture is taken into consideration. It's a common myth that cyclists don't pay their "fair share". Just remember that most cyclists own vehicles, so they are paying all the same taxes you do as a driver, but do not reap the same benefits, and create less of a cost to society overall.

  • @lsoph9 You can't post links in youtube comments apparently, but you can learn more and get the actual numbers and breakdowns from a google search for "cyclists subsidize"

  • Hahaha! Stupid bike lanes! Wait a minute, I’m a biker and use the bike lanes. LOVE THE BIKE LANES! I think EVERY street should be converted to a bike lane. Nothing but buses and bikes as far as the eye can see!!!

I think we should do like London and collect an $18 Congestion Charge every time the bridge and tunnelers drive into the city. Then we’d have lots of money for EVEN MORE BIKE LANES!!!!!

  • red light Robertson FOR THE LOSE

  • Not sure what to say about this one-are motorists Nazis? Or are cyclists? It's humourous in it's absurdity and has entertainment value, but as far as informing the debate over cycling it's a zero, eg. how many homeless could be sheltered on the money spent on bike lanes? How many summer parks programs have been cut to save money being squandered on the wrong engineering concept? Why do so many cyclists NOT like the bike lanes? Google Fred Oswald and labreform for clues.

  • @limogerry -------- fuck c'mon...can't you just laugh? why get all serious?

  • @iDrinkSnapple I laughed like crazy, for real the thing is hilarious.

  • Non-motorized transportation (bikes, walking, running, skateboards etc.) is without a far, far, far more beneficial to society than driving a car. But only if the option exists. Therefore it would greatly benefit society if more people had the option of choosing non-motorized transportation instead of driving. Regardless the debate about specifics, as a general objective we should be investing far more (in research as well as infrastructure) to give more people the option--we all benefit.

  • hahah i had a cyclist yell at me cause I jaywalked and she was too busy being a hipster piece of shit to realize the car door opening in front of her.

Needless to say, Awesome front flip bitch

  • If the folks of Vancouver want to know why those of us in the Interior of the Province do NOT visit more ofter; this is one of the reasons why.

  • funny using the nazis to illustrate the bicycle problem in Vancouver and comparing it to Amsterdam - The nazis stole all the bikes in Holland during WWII

  • The translation is perhaps not quite accurate. Close enough I guess.

  • @dieselhead - good point. As long as people can't work where they live, or can earn way more money with cars than without, commuting by car will persist (or can't afford real estate to save for retirement close to work). It just amazes me there isn't more public discussion about the need for more car-free job opportunities. Give people better lifestyle options, and they'll choose them.

  • Downtown Vancouver is for the use of all taxpaying citizens not just the privileged few that can afford to live within cycling distance ...biking from Chilliwack to downtown Vancouver to get to work is NOT an option.

  • @dieselhead What taxes do you pay for that go towards downtown Vancouver? It's not just the privileged that live close to downtown. There are some of us who decided to sacrifice while going to university, then worked and saved hard in order to buy a place near downtown. I bike to work every day in rain, shine and/or snow. You chose to live in Chilliwach and work in Vancouver. You could switch either or both of these.

  • @MBoggles how can you comment on someone else's financial position? who is to say that because you live in vancouver you have worked harder? maybe people have different priorities and don't want to live in a 500 sq foot condo with two or more kids. just because they live in chilliwack, doesn't mean they haven't worked hard.

  • @marlee008 I didn't say it's only those who work hard. I said it was not only the privileged few. I said the other poster could live in Vancouver, but chose not to. I didn't comment on anyone's financial position, but I did say Chiliwack taxes don't go towards downtown Vancouver. You need to read more carefully. By the by, not every place is 500 sq ft near downtown.

  • @MBoggles you said that "some of us decided to sacrifice while going to university, then worked and saved hard in order to buy a place near downtown" so you are basically saying that someone who doesn't live in vancouver, ie. chilliwack, did not sacrifice during university or work hard..

  • @marlee008 Your comprehension is terrible. Of the 100% of people in biking distance from downtown Vancouver, some of them are privileged, some worked hard and sacrificed, some live on the streets, some chose a smaller place to be closer to downtown. There are many more types of people who live in and around, but it doesn't make sense to list them all. I was pointing out there are not just the privileged few. Is it tough to walk with that chip on your shoulder?

  • @MBoggles haha

  • @MBoggles haha i will not write anymore. i don't have time for this. you are one of those ppl that will continue to argue. you have your opinion, and i have mine!

  • @MBoggles haha i will not write anymore. i don't have time for this. you are one of those ppl that will continue to argue. you have your opinion, and i have mine!

    the end.

  • The bike lanes are under utilized, create more traffic congestion and by default pollution, and will not last.

And i agree with a previous comment on how comparing bike lanes to Nazis belittles and disrespects the gross atrocities Hitler et al committed.

  • This is refreshing... The people who campaign for the bike lanes are usually the ones referred to as Nazis ("Bicycle Nazis").

Of course I can't imagine why anyone would want to ride a bike in a city like Vancouver, where having a car is such an important status symbol. Just being able to afford gas these days is a conspicuous indication of wealth.

  • Had a great paradigm shift. Instead of staring out at that bike lane and thinking, "Dang. Stupid, empty bike lanes why we wasting tax dollars on it when no one uses it?"

Try, "Dang. Look at that empty bike lane. I could hop on my bike tomorrow, avoid all this traffic, and get to work just as fast. I'll also save money on gas and the gym membership!"

  • @ChristopherRistopher

Did you hear nothing Hitler said?? Crazy cyclist fanatics. Are you really so idiotic as to think bikes are a viable way to get around a city where DRIVING from one side to another can take an hour and a half?? Not to mention that it rains half the time?

  • This is hilarious!!!!! Funniest thing I have seen in a while, definitely worth a watch as I work on Hornby Street and stare out my window at that stupid bike lane every day!

  • I live in Maple Ridge. God knows how much money was spent re-building 240th to include bike lanes. In two years I have seen one bike. Utter insanity!

  • Vancouver is in a rain forest and riding in the rain sucks. I'm pretty green but let's get real: is it fair to make the roads narrower and less safe fro lanes that people don't use?

All political considerations aside, from a purely artisitic sense the clip is brilliant!

  • The driver that drives through Critical Mass Cyclists in Brazil will happen here shortly. It's just a matter of time. Actually the city should have worked on fixing traffic issues AND worked on the bike lanes as this city already has one of the worst roadway systems in North America (ie. 6 lane highway 99 - Granville through residential!?!). We are all wasting gas and polluting with our driving because of poor city planning that adding the bike lanes has just worsened an already bad situation.

  • Dude,

Many cyclist in Vancouver have no respect for their surroundings or the rules of the road and pathways. Clean up your own backyard first! Pretty hard to swing a bike-lock when your pinned against a no-post guardrail.

  • bike lanes in vancouver.. the cities worst fail.

  • 94 comments and counting. This is a controversial issue for Vancouver commuters.

No matter how hard you try when you see a huge line of cars and next to them a empty bike lane that is hardly used it tells me that the experiment failed. Right now if you look at the situation honestly the D/T core traffic is struggling, and on top of that 4-5 blocks so you can turn right? (Dunsmuir comes to mind).

  • Very well done!!

  • I wish I were an orangutan so I could use my feet to give this video FOUR thumbs enthusiastically up. Well done!

  • Hitler: Order every available armored division to the downtown marshaling points! Command them to systematically sweep the streets with our heavy armor and crush the barricades and destroy the bicycles and planters and everything else that impedes the efficient flow of traffic! We will not be controlled by the few with loud voices. We will take back the streets tonight! Be ruthless in your mission! We will be victorious!

  • Comparing bikes lanes to Nazis and Hitler?

so having a bike lane is likes being tortured and starved in concentration camps and then being gassed to death? Seriously?

  • Comparing bikes lanes to Nazis and Hitler?

so having a bike lane is likes being tortured and starved in concentration camps and then being gassed to death? Seriously?

  • Comparing things like this to Nazis and Hitler really belittles the horrors of what Hitler did.

  • Comparing things like this to nazis and hitler really belittles the horrors of what hitler did.

  • bike lanes are for fags

  • @deadmanprodinc That's not cool man, advocating bodily harm to a fellow human being is a good way to get a bike lock swung at your cranium.

  • @deadmanprodinc will you still feel good when you kill somebody? Is that just swagger or are you actually that much of a psychopath?

  • people want to drive bikes on the street, they should be paying insurance like everyone else that uses the roads. if some hippie hits my car i am the one who is going to be paying for it.

  • Does anyone agree that this rant was funny the first 10 times it was edited to complain about a crappy sports teams but it's just not funny anymore?

  • Its about the smog and thats it. I sit in traffic for 45mins each morning with 10,000 drivers who all live out of town in my beautiful car and pump carbon monoxide into the atmosphere. If anyone thinks that is good then breathe away.

Once that silly mayor is gone, it'll all change.

  • Its about the smog and thats it. I sit in traffic for 45mins each morning with 10,000 drivers who all live out of town in my beautiful car and pump carbon monoxide into the atmosphere. If anyone thinks that is good then breathe away

  • I am for bike lanes and bike corridors, but with that, bikes should NOT be allowed to travel on any other street, and if they do, should be subject to a fine.

  • Traffic was bad enough before they took lanes away. I pity delivery drivers who have to go 4 blocks out of their way because they can't turn right. That's efficient? 3/4 of the riders (my wife rides to work from northshore) ...no helmets, no lights, etc. Darwin award nominees. On many of the bike lane roads there's wide sidewalks so why didn't they take that space? There's no real logic to it. Merging onto Burrard bridge from Pacific is dangerous. Lets collects licensing fees so the lane's paid.

  • The bike lanes ARE empty. I wouldn't want to ride one in town, what with the road rage and poor drivers. If they clean up the car drivers then it might be safe.

  • I bike... on the weekends, as a hobby. I am not so broke ass that I need to bike everyday. There is something more civilized than biking on an ugly day. It's called taking the bus.

  • Cyclists always end up taking cars when its pissing down.

  • hey, I agree bikes are a fast and easy way to get around Downtown. I mean, who wants to sit in traffic..

BUT, if you look on a map, Downtown is only one very small portion of Vancouver...what about all the poor souls in the North Shore, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, and even further out that have to commute and WORK downtown. Do you expect them to cycle?

(Disclaimer: There are some who will protest this, as you're from one of these areas and still bike..but for the majority: no)

  • @Strogy Naw. I think the bike lanes should bloody well be bus lanes instead. And add more buses. Expand transit with LOTS of buses and even more rapid transit lines. I mean, come on, we've got the largest automated rapid transit system in the world. Let's use it. Lots of it. All over the place. The SkyTrain actually runs on time, for goodness' sake. Might as well expand it (well, faster than what's already planned).

  • @michaelthibaultCA If a bike shares a lane with a bus, they constantly get in each other's way as they pass each other between and at stops. Such lanes also require harder concrete surfacing to avoid creating an unsafe bike ride. Separated lanes are the better solution, just like bike boxes are at intersections: get the bikes out of the way of cars.

  • @unconed I was suggesting more public transit over bikes, not both.

  • People on bicycles have no respect for others.....they don't follow the rules of the road and they ride on sidewalks and pedestrian paths

  • if only f-ing bikers followed rules all the time. Sometimes they are a bike, sometimes they are a pedestrian - choose what suites them at a moment, one almost killed me.

  • @littlebig360 Hey interesting thought. A bike killing you? He must have been going 80km/hr.

Mind you, a friend of mine was almost killed (I kid you not) last week when a truck ran a very late red light through the crosswalk (with lights) that we were crossing at. I had to pull her back, otherwise she'd be toast right now.

Seriously though - how many people do cars kill each year? Compared to how many from bikes? It's easily a few thousand to one.

  • @bzx429 well, he was biking like Lance Armstrong going after Tour de France. Personally I do not care about statistics - they have limited relevance - just follow rules all the time, not when you feel like.

  • Can you do something similar with the YouTube video of the talking twin babies (but have it be about bike lanes). It would be hysterically funny as well. Also, it has had millions of viewers....

  • this is HILARIOUS!!! there's an uncanny resemblance between angry right-wingers and fascists... reactionary, "we are RIGHT!, and f*ck the rest of those idiots!" mentality...

that said, i hope we can overcome the 'vicious cycle', recognizing that upset drivers are quite simply that... they are humans trapped in a pattern and experiencing upset. they will probably do better with empathy and support than criticism and insult... we need them on board, not voting dangerous a*holes into power...

  • @dingai indeed

  • Hahaha beauty.

Vancouver rains 95% of the time, who the hell bikes in the rain?

  • @21SCP I do!

  • @21SCP actually, among many others, I do

  • @21SCP I do. Thanks.

  • Great production, very funny! Fitness won and the bike lanes won, let's use them more often. It's excellent exercise and better for the environment.

    Yours in fitness

    Ron Zalko

  • Very appropriate if you know your Hitler history!

Hitler was a cycle courier during WW1. But he saw the car as a prestige symbol and sign of German superiority over other nations. Even though he believed in physical fitness, he banned bikes from highways and banned the main cycling clubs so that the "poor man's" transport wasn't seen.

Hitler lost and now Germany has embraced cycling! Very fitting.

To all you gas suckers - how's the price of oil going? It's only going to get worse for you.

  • @Ride2Wk As a gas sucker (and grain eater) I can calmly say that the price of oil and grain are both going up and so far I have neither gone hungry nor stopped driving. But thanks for checking in.

  • @Ride2Wk i am glad you ride a bike, i need your gas

  • @Ride2Wk As Wikipedia would say, [Attribution Needed].

  • Im ok with bike lanes... but whyt he hell did they have to put them on the steets that were the fastest way through town?!! its ridiculous... so sick of this BS... drivers are getting angrier and angrier i look forward to a backlash to this nonsense, both politically and (hopefully) on the pavement... so to speak.

  • "You are not 'stuck in traffic', you are traffic."

  • Driving will continue to get more and more inconvenient, bike lanes or not. Rising gas prices won't go down, and neither will population, or urban density. Beyond the obvious (pollution), cars aren't an efficient use of space, especially with so many single to a vehicle. People seem concerned that there aren't enough cyclists filling the bike lanes.. I'm concerned that there aren't enough people filling your car.

  • I have been bicycle commuting in Vancouver 5 days per week since February 1st. 945km later, I'm loving every revolution of the pedals. Rain or shine. Screw you, whiners. Yes, I DO have an attitude! I need an attitude and guts to deal with the "motor-centric" mindset and lackadaisical turn signaling habits of driver. Oh-- and the iPod comments are moot; you're in a sound-proof vehicle with 8.1 surround sound. Turn down the suck, and get on the 2-wheels!

  • @wierdfirehydrant I'm all for bike lanes, but cyclist should use them only! I don't understand why a cyclist has to pedal north down Burrard when they could go one block east and have a dedicated lane.

  • I don't get it.... they have a designated sweeping truck that cleans the lanes daily yet i see more homeless people pushing their shopping carts on the bike lane the cyclist. It is actually slower to travel on a bicycle on the bike lane then a regular street because of the retarded light system they have.

  • wonderful video....hits the right buttons, except it was the Nazi's at City Hall who imposed the concrete barriers upon us in an effort to stop citizens from getting access to downtown Vancouver. The traffic jams are horrendous, the pollution worse due to the restrictions...there was no consultation to speak of except with the bicycle groups...those responsible for the 'critical mass' traffic jams.

  • @reabrail1 The traffic jams aren't caused by bike lanes. They are caused by a lack of mass transit, too many cars with only one occupant, and too many lazy people who won't "bike it" to work.

  • @reabrail1 The traffic jams aren't caused by bike lanes. They are caused by a lack of mass transit, too many cars with only one occupant, and too many lazy people who won't "bike it" to work.

  • @RawFoodKevin or just inefficient poorly planned transit. Buses slow down traffic and are overall slower than cyclists. Street cars, dedicated transit streets etc. What they did with Granville, funneling the bus traffic was smart.

  • wonderful stuff...now that these 'temporary' barriers are in place the city is going to set up a committee to see what happens to businesses affected. Too late for that!

  • Regardless of where you stand on this issue, this brilliant piece of creative editing is hysterical. Bravo!

  • @StorytellerBill

thanks :) I am working on the "reply"

  • @StorytellerBill This is perhaps the 100th instance of this video, all the same other than re-written subtitles. Simply a very old meme not a 'brilliant piece of creative editing'.

  • @dstovell Yes, I've now discovered that and have viewed a couple of them, but thank you SO MUCH for bringing it to my attention.

  • What movie is this from?

  • @rmistry10129

It's called "Downfall" or "Der Untergang"

  • Hilarious!

  • The problem with bikes and cars in Vancouver is: bike riders are not just everyday people who happen to ride bikes instead of cars, as people do in Europe and Asia and India. They set themselves apart from other people, from their special and expensive clothes to their special and expensive bikes and special little bike lanes to their lobby groups and videos like this. Think about it... would this video make sense any place people ride bikes without the attitude?

  • @MommaMiainBC -you are wrong. pay more attention.

  • he is right bikers do not follow safe rules of the road they put themselves and others in danger

  • i live in vancouver, and i can say first hand that the bike lanes are not being used as much. Last Sunday was beautiful, no rain and i could count bikes with one hand ...

  • @pablovan as a cyclist, I actually agree that the bike lanes are being underused, and it seems odd. Travel down Union St in Chinatown, and there are bikes galore, in all kinds of weather. 10th Ave, same thing. Downtown? Not so much. Nevertheless, *I* use these lanes and I'm grateful for them...today, biking down Knight St, I was nearly killed by a huge truck. Separated lanes save lives.

  • Well, as gas prices start their breathtaking ascent it won't be a big problem for much longer. Also, have you ever looked at the legs and butt on a cyclist?! HEAVEN!!!!! no matter what their age! So calm down and enjoy the view.

  • I like the bit with the Nazis.

  • I work on Hornby Street, it's a mess. I can count the bikes I see using the lane during rush hour on one had. I'm all for going green but why put a bike lane on one of the busiest S/N traffic lanes in the downtown area. There was already a bike lane on Richards street. They could have just improved that one instead of taking a very busy main drag and turning it into gridlock!!!

  • @Danthemanhan I use that bike lane everyday in the summer! And I WOULDN"T if it wasn't there.

  • @Danthemanhan Worst idea: building bike lanes all over the already narrow lanes in downtown when it only used for 2 sunny months

  • Hilarious. I know a little German and the subtitles are brilliant!

  • @welovesarahpalin, you are the one being disingenuous. I ride the protected lanes at least twice a day and see many cyclists in the rain.

Look at the cities bicycle counts for the protected lanes, numbers have been increasing on Hornby even through the winter. I ride them everyday and see a surprising amount of cyclists in the rain. It is you who is being disingenuous. See you on Hornby, rain or shine!

  • @CycleMapsVancouver shuuuut the fuck up those bike lanes are completely useless! all they do is cause more traffic, slowing everything down and pissing people off

  • change is necessary but hard for some people...

  • Good comparsion...arrogant nazis and arrogant drivers!

  • you would think spending millions and millions on the expansion of Highway 1 between Hastings and 200th St would keep the car driving nazis happy - what is it the bridge is not big enough for you, need more lanes ?

Gregor has done more to bring Vancouver in to the 21st century than any mayor previous - you ain't seen nuthin yet

  • Hilarious. Well done.

  • @wibblinwu I agree with you but, well, a bike isn't a "motor" vehicle, but it *is* a vehicle that should use the roadway. Motor would imply internal combustion, which fortunately human-powered vehicles lack.

  • @wibblinwu Absolute retard.

  • Comment removed

  • @wibblinwu although I generally don't ride on sidewalks, there are certain routes on which not to do so is to take your life in your hands. For example, Knight St southbound, north of 12th Ave...there's no alternate route, but the traffic there is lethal. Apologies, but in such an area I ride on the sidewalk, even though I have to walk around the people waiting for the Knight St bus at Broadway

  • ive been biking almost every single day for 4 years, many hours on some days. I did dirt jumping and some downhill but mostly street. In all my time i almost never biked on the street and impeded traffic posing a risk to myself and everyone else. I also know how it feels to be a driver which is why bikers on the street and bike lanes infuriate me as well. The idiots who support the bike lanes don't care to look at both sides of the argument.

  • Comment removed

  • @meawk nazi

  • Awesome video! There are lots of cyclists on the lanes in the rain though.

  • It's true: if you hate bike lanes you must be Hitler. Cry yourselves to sleep, you've got plenty of time in that traffic jam you call life.

  • Haha, classic.

I masturbate to drivers complaining about bike lanes.

  • LOL
