  • There are certain words that just never get translated, BABY!!!

  • this hits the spot... delightful song! thanks as always for sharing these treats. :)

  • C'est toujours aussi bien !! Teo

  • Merci...-

    J.

  • Jolly cheerful tune and lovely singing, but it is the exquisite orchestration of this supreme bandleader which makes this recording so special.

  • ...nearly one can feel how happy they must have been when playing this

    music. -

  • Fox Foolies of 1929!

    The movie title of this Hollywood movie, where this great melody was performed. One of the very early sound movies. Great recording with Henryk Gold's Orchestra. He and his brother Artur were brilliant musicians!

    Ratings is disabled, so her is my five stars:

    *****

  • Thank you for YOUR stars - this way.

    I am pleased very much of your knowing artists (Kiepura included !) from my country.

    Perhaps in this way, the most safe

    bridges between countries may be

    erected.

    All the best, M. !

    J.

  • Very enjoyable record; have listened to it several times already. The picture is the perfect accompaniment!

  • ...and how its cuttings and close-ups may be inspiring - for others...-

  • Your video's are really a source of inspiration, people must adore your work, otherwise they would'nt copy your style ... !

  • ...which, Daniel, will be always strange to me as - I think - copying somebody's style

    cannot bring any joy !

    Real joy may appear when we create really something by our own (!) inspiration.

    Imitating is like serving (and eating) an old cake - mit dunkle-weiss Schlagsahne !

    ::)))))))))))))))

    Gute Sonnabend - anyhow.

  • Schlagsahne schmeckt mit so wie so nicht ... !

    Und ein schönes Wochenende wünsch ich Ihnen auch, Herr Jerzy .

  • Frishe, Ich glaube...-

    Danke (und Bitte !), Herr Daniel.

  • So...we are in Warsaw, in "Adria " 193.. ?

    The charming illustrations! Thanks ! G.

  • Even a bit... earlier: 192...?

    I did not know that this record

    was on my shelve until some...

    3 weeks ago...:)))

  • A " typical " Henryk Gold recording, and a nicely and original played version of this American foxtrot !

  • Now, I've noticed that the writing

    on the presented card "The smelling"

    appears - under my direction...! -

    when only her lower part of the body

    is shown...::))

    .....::))

  • Lovely!!!

    Thank you again

  • Always a pleasure

    to please nice guests !
