I agree, gcord21. I wish Mexicans would quit being so rood to Chicanos. If they were born in the U.S., they would speak Spanish the same way, if they even spoke it at all.

You know, you might be right about the jealousy thing. On top of the 2-language thing like you said, Chicanos, just because they were born here, automatically get a S.S. #, citizenship, the English language, understanding of the culture, etc. Immigrants have to work really hard for all that.
im not a big jennifer pena fan, but I can't say that she doesn't have a good voice. But i've always said she dresses tacky...very classless and cheap looking.
I agree she has a great voice and she could be much bigger. : )
