What's cool to observe is, that as long as she is in contact with the metal surface of the truck, she's unaffected by the tazer. As soon as she puts her hands on the window, and is no longer in contact with the metal panels, the tazer takes effect.
This could be useful knowledge in the future. I'd imagine any metal pole, fence, rail, etc. will do the trick. It'll give you enough time to remove the prongs...

If you don't comply, they have to assume there is a reason you aren't complying. And usually they make a point of telling you what you are being arrested for AS they put on the cuffs. Again, they have reasons for that. If she had done what she was told, then there probably wouldn't have been an arrest at all. People MAKE problems for themselves!

What's cool to observe is, that as long as she is in contact with the metal surface of the truck, she's unaffected by the tazer. As soon as she puts her hands on the window, and is no longer in contact with the metal panels, the tazer takes effect.
This could be useful knowledge in the future. I'd imagine any metal pole, fence, rail, etc. will do the trick. It'll give you enough time to remove the prongs...
