@grabes1980 chiropractic work is great fine for lower back pain and joint pain, anything else that it claims to be able to do is sheer quackery and is "alternative medicine" BS. Even thought there is a training program that is now required to practice, a large part of it seems to focus on learning how to convince people that they need to have chiropractic care. I find a lot of the treatments offered and suggested by these individuals with "doctorates" to be sick and disturbing.

I tried to let it go away naturally, but after three days there was no improvement and that's when I made an appointment. They absolutely did the trick and all the pressure was released. I do think chiropractors go a little far with calling themselves doctors and some of the stuff they do though. I just look at them as professional neck and back crackers, nothing more.

The chiropractor was a personal friend of my parents and he had a really good reputation, so I gave it a try. There was no membership fee nor did they try to get me to come back again. There was a tool used they used to loosen up my muscles first, then they did the adjustments, followed by a 10 minute massage. Problem solved and I never had to go back.

but the UNDISPUTABLE FACT is that there is pressure in your joints and your back, and cracking it and manipulating the spine helps relieve it. That's not up for discussion. It works because it "resets" the joint. It relieves it of the gas inside and helps stop the constant pressure it was in. It's only temporary, and in a few weeks you will need another one, but it works
