@MrSammydude123 that's because it's compact size doesn't help in BF3 as it would in real life combat. So you have the disadvantages of a small gun, but not the advantages. Despite all the improvements made in the graphical department, barrels still stick through walls without problems like they do in all first person shooters I know :)
