@fightolose overload are just all the extreme potions combine into one, so it isnt stronger then a extreme strength potion.

@9966elias statuis gives the best str boni. he only got 106 str boni because he equiped d claws and not a gs. with a gs he had 178 str boni. maybe more i dont know

And vesta/statius is better I think, but it degrades.

Which is why very few people use it to train.

The reason you see alot of people wearing bandos on tasks or other places is because it's the best non-degradeable armour in rs.

This is degradeable like Barrow's armour, but it can't be repaired :P
