Hi there, i just got an sm57 and with all my curiosity i unscrewed the top part and 2 small red wires fell... i dont see any red wires in yours... is the top section wired to the mid part?

yes, of course. Red wires are between the cap and the mid part. Then there are 2 wires, yellow and green, until the XLR connector.
