Absolutely breathtaking... She definitely deserved the Grammy and I hope she is the new standard in pop music today....its time for music to rise above the level to which these pop icons have let it just sit and fizzle.....i'm so glad they shook up the Grammy's. Her musical abilities are something to aspire to and to marvel at. She does jazz proud, but also any genre of music should be influenced by her skill,precision,rhythm and pure angelic like vocals.

Hahahaha I love how ES and Arcade Fire were nominated to give the Grammys some semblance of musical diversity/taste but they ended up subverting the whole damn thing by winning their respective categories. Best Grammys ever. Still have a ways to go though....In an ideal world, Katy Perry will not even be invited.

I love watching her play the bass, she plays it and you can tell she incorporates her string background, (violin). That makes her so agile on the bass. Her fingers plays those strings like a violinist, then she sings too. A beautiful personality and a humble spirit. Esperenza, what a great person.
