How do you choose the music BC? Because when i look at the amv i notice you have a lot of the words to the song in the amv. So you pick remix's and dumbstep like songs? Or is it oh this music would work but i need to find a not put me in jail song?

@swardinc I choose my music on a variety of things. :] Mostly, what comes into a play, is what won't get me thrown into jail (or a copyright infringement) which is why I choose mostly instrumental or electronic pieces now. Not always though (I'm using a Switchfoot song in one of my next projects)....after that, it's basically whatever I like based on songs I randomly happen to find or people's suggestions. :]

@HV6AZZ002 Oh yeah. XD I get you. Do a positive mask first. After you complete it, start masking inside. When you've completed the inside mask, change the mode to 'negative'. It'll give you what you want (If I'm understanding right). :]

@HV6AZZ002 You know how your mask requires you to mask the outer layer right? The fingers have the holes you want to mask the backgrounds out of. Simply put, on the SAME mask you're masking, you can technically mask again. Mask around the fingers and the holes will disappear, if you hit invert.

Those effects were neither downloaded or bought. XD They were created from scratch in After Effects. Which line art are you talking about? The sketchy bit (the starting 10ish secs) is explained in the description. The other bits (Ichigo running, Ichigo turning in a circle and Ichigo atop a building) were done similarly. Screenshots, tracing and subsequent reimport. (running outta characters so imma stop here)

What I'm wondering is, did the copyright disclaimer in the description help in any way? Because when I start doing AMV's myself, I would like to not get copyright strikes/the video being taken down. Any tidbits on that would be great.

I'm not sure if it's the CR disclaimer, or if it's the video....for example: the more edited and less like the anime clips an AMV is, the less likely it is to be taken down. Also, I've recently discovered the AMVs with multiple anime from different companies will never be taken down. I'm sure the disclaimer helps on some levels, but your best bet is to either mix the anime or edit enough so that the company wouldn't dare remove it.
