Install a white noise generator outside the office and hang some thick tapestries on the joining wall. It will go a long way to helping with the noise transmission. I am willing to bet you have some ladies in the congregation who would be happy to make you a giant thick wall hanging. Glad you're back, and that you survived the move. Moving is tough, been there done that, with a bonus trip to an er for a kid to get stitches.
Moving anywhere can be rough (e.g., I moved about 8 miles away from my house, but it is closer to Cincinnati) and it was rough. However, I couldn't imagine moving cross-country at this point.
