  • VIVA GORAN BREGOVIC !!!!!!

  • great song

And to all people who just love good music - please dont read the retarded comments bellow

  • I am surprised that no one mention that this song could be interpreted just as a theme, meaning just hearing what the music causes you;

One of the many things I see is a death essene, just a guy lying in the floor, the drumbs the heartbeat slowly stoping but fighting the moment, the confrontation that he (the hearth) knows it is coming.

The guitars and "e/a" sound moment (arround 3:02) beeing the moment where sould and body start to rift appart and arround 4:15 with the flutes and other wind s

  • The other version translated:

Come on, Jana, let's the kolo.

Come on. Jana, my soul, let's dance the kolo.

Come on, Jana, let's leave the fight.

Come on, Jana, let's leave the guns (rifles).

Come on, Jana, let's find happiness

  • @shekinahslava In wich version have you heard the mention of guns/rifles and fight?

Jana is girls name and he is saying lets sell the house (meaning let go of everything material) just to dance next to eachother. kolo is dance

  • One of the most powerful music ever...

  • wonderful !!

  • u idiot !

  • I know where Bulgaria is. And its not only theirs, bagpipes belong to many other nations. Many things on Balkan belong to all people living there. For example, this song is in Serbian language, but it has other variants in other countries. From where it originally came? Hard to tell. But no one should take the entire credit for it.

Eh, Balkane moj...budi mi silan, i dobro mi stoj.

  • They're singing in BULGARIAN! This is Bulgarian National music!Macedonia=Bulgaria!

  • You bulgars fuck everything up !!

Its not your language! We gave it to your turkish ancesters, thank the Macedonian slavs for giving you the Glagolithian and Cirilian alphabet ffs !!!

    Stfu now pls.

  • @s88fifo oh please.... Macedonians came from Ancient Bulgaria!!Kliment Ohridski, a bulgarian from the Macedonian geographical region wrote the Cyrilic alphabet, named after St. Kiril, who was bulgarian too and together with his brother Metodii invented the Glagolical alphabet, the precursor to the Cyrilic alphabet.

  • its not that complicated really.

pls find out what language your bulgar ancesters spoke BEFORE they came to the balkans pls.

This song is in slavic, south slavic, the same language that the glagolitian alphabet is based on. There is no so called ancient bulgaria.

  • @s88fifo You're so blind, REALLY! =D Funny guy

  • this soundtrack album is very important for music history

  • I absolutely agree. Saw the movie today and I have to admit that what really took my breath was the music, especially this composition (particularly the end of it). Great mix - Iggy Pop and Goran Bregovic, just amazing. The movie's pretty good, though - luscious and emotional, like the soundtrack :)

  • just in time, a lot of feelings

    i remember,
