Judging from its tooltip, the Fade Time controls how quickly the reverb settings interpolate when the listener enters the volume. If the player walks into a reverb volume with a Fade Time setting of 2.0, that means the player's reverb settings will gradually adjust to match those of the volume over 2 seconds.
im so confussed i dont have ambient zone settings or the 'apply reverb?' option :s so the line next to settings 'bapplyreverb=true"...etc etc isnt there. therefore I cant get my reverb volume to do anything :S :@ c
@chrille92lind I'm so sorry! I had trouble setting up windows 7s stereomix...It was so easy using windows xp and now they changed everything because of some copyright sh..t! I'll put a caption on the vid warning people...
@kaffeinsuchtiger Yes, that's possible and no you don't need to edit the brush properties! If you have two volumes overlapping you have to set the priority of one of these higher than the others. (You can find the priority in the volumes tab of the properties). So if you want to have one large volume with a smaller one inside you have to set the priority of the one inside to a higher value.

Can you make a reverb volume within another reverb volume?
If so, do you have to create any reverb volumes within another reverb volume, as a subtractive brush?
