  • Only the Lord Of Songs could have inspired this beautiful rendition!

  • Ah yes, simply amazing, simply amazing!

  • If you are a christian in the middle east...this song will lift your spirit up without knowing your tears are coming down. Then you know deep inside you that you are such a blessed person regardless where you are and what others are saying about you and your God. God bless you Canadian tenors.

  • Angelic voices. I think this is the best version of this song.

  • Whenever I am mad this song calms me down and even brings tears to my eyes

  • 4 Men, 1 Woman, lots of musicians and a Gibson J-200.

    I think it's perfect.

  • I love this version and the group. The best part is they sing in my key so I can sing along!! Most versions are too deep for me or if I try an octave higher, too high. Yes, I'm a lady tenor. :)

  • I'm going to marry all 4 of their voices. <3

  • Koerner Hall + Canadian Tenors= Amazing :)

  • Beautiful!!! Thank you :)

  • Very, very, very well performed. Fucking love it.

  • To think that Katy Perry, Kanye West, the Black-Eyed Peas and them get millions and millions of views, and this only 73k...

  • In spite of the watery quality of this recording, it's not all that bad. However, Buckley's version nails the feeling of the *battle* between the man's desire to walk his own path and his desire to be loved.

  • Nothing can match Jeff Buckley's version of this song.

  • Best version ever.

  • ho le lacrime dall'emozione!

  • dislike??? why? why?....

  • their voices are so nice to hear...... It inspires me to compose more songs.....

  • I wanna buy this sheet music so bad but i cant find it....

  • I don't know if I've ever heard anything as beautiful

  • Fuck, that Clifton Murray is hot.

  • they make proud to be a tenor

  • the best version ever.

  • who is she??

  • @TheArnie125 thats Sarah McLachlan!

  • pls. come back to the Philippines...

  • can NOT stand her voice!

    but loveeeeeeeeeeee the Tenors!

  • serious goosebumps even before they start singing! a really touching and soulful song!

  • SING Sarah

  • O my Agah.... how does this only have 51k hits... Purely amazing.

  • I can't keep from crying, every time I here them sing this song! Truly one of the most amazing song's I have ever heard! Iam4uJesus@aol.com

  • @Iam4uGod

    It is truly inspirational

  • Sarah AND the tenors...LAWWWD have mercy!!!

  • I love them!

  • wonderful

  • I have the highest respect for the Canadian Tenors!!!

  • WOW!

  • i dont actually understand how people can actually dislike this.

    simply amazing

  • two people can go to hell!!!

    this is so amazing

  • the intro sounded like Bryan Adams, When you loved someone...any thoughts?

  • @honey20z That you're paranoid

  • hate stupid advertisments if i wanted to watch them id turn on the TV

  • How can anyone dislike this?? Their voices are AMAZING!!

  • amazing voices!!!

  • AHHH!!!! I FUCKING LOVE SARAH MCLACHLAN!!

  • I loved it !! I've listened to this song by many artist but always come back to The Canadian Tenors. It is their amazing voices that make all their arrangments so great. I espscially love the bagpipe and the piano. One of my favorite arrangements of this song is the one with Celine Dion. I find all 4 of them sexy with outstanding voices, and I love all their songs.

  • That bagpipe and piano melt me down to nothing, every single time. Damn you, David Foster. :*)

  • Comment removed

  • how do people dislike this video, i don't even see how those people who have nothing better to do than give video's crappy ratings and talk about Justin Bieber could click that.

  • how does this have so few views? amaaaazing singers.

auto-tune still can't beat the real human voice.

  • Fucking great solo at 3:05 min!!!!!!!!!

  • pure cheese

  • Why the apparent caesura at around 3:30?

  • Amazing voices!

  • There the best!!

  • makes me cry, I love xmas jus listening to these HANDSOME men! x0x0x0

  • Wow just wow that right there is pure talent none of that auto tune crap! Amazing!

  • beauty from one end of the stage to the other...just beauty.

  • grabe...sooo nice..keep up guys..God bless..!!!

  • They are all very talented and also very handsome guys! Is it me or does the one with the guitar seem a bit shorter then the others?

  • Two people have no souls and hit the dislike button...

  • Sarah is so beautiful, with a voice to match. : )

  • who the eff is that woman? she totally killed it..her voice isn't appropriate for this song..where's celine dion?

  • @pageplant09 ... her name is Sarah McLachlan.

  • @CeltsClaire thanks

  • ooooooooook, maybe it's just me... but I had to further comment on this video. Fraser Walter, the guy to the right of Sarah, seems rather enamoured with Sarah with his long looks.... and then at the end he reaches out and holds her hand. Maybe it's nothing... just noticed. Check it out, starting around the 2:20 mark... :)

  • @CeltsClaire Haha... I think Mr. Fraser is just a touchy kind of guy... did you see his reaction/response to Celine Dion on Oprah? Couldn't get his arm off of her.

  • @DarkAtronach ... funny you should say that, it was shortly after I left this message, I saw the Oprah video and thought the same thing... lol

  • So beautiful... and I love the smile David Foster gives, on the piano, at the beginning of the song... it just makes a person feel good :)

  • Amazing!

  • They sound Scottish/Irish so I think the Bagpipes are a good edition. I love bagpipes though.

  • lets help to hit this video up to millions of vote's

  • i dont get the bagpipes in the beginning. anyway great song.

  • canadian and bagpipes wtf! bagpipes are scottish. anyway great song

  • @phillipmart They are not American either but are played at military funerals at Arlington national cemetery and add a a chord uniquely their own and loved by all most everyone:)

  • @phillipmart You are on the mark....Beautiful song. Tell me, what instrument on the entire stage is Canadian? Hmmm!

  • to Forgewerks: Huh? Oh! Thank you.Yes,Sarah Mclachlan is it! I hope it doesnt upset you that I didnt care for her on this song.I like her music, just not here.

  • This is graciously done! The variety of voices really give their own individual feel and opinion of the song. And I liked the girl, the reserve in her voice gave the song a powerful and urgent note, and I think it was strong. Together, it was a beautiful melody, uplifting and just over all envelopping <3

  • to oYoYebutu::This is NOT a Hymn! It was written by Leonard Cohen, and even tho it is about several people in the Bible,(he said that himself) it ISNT a religious Hymn, for Gods sake!

  • Jesus Freaking Christ! They blew this cover in style. Orchestra and voices together. They turned an impeccable classic hymn into popular crap. May the freaking Lord put some sense into their heads and make them prevent themselves from ever doing this blasphemous act again.

    Fur Chrissake!

  • @oYoYebutu Your future as a music critic is in serious jeopardy if you keep putting out reviews like this.:)

  • @8834b It really is something I should worry about.

    Indeed.

  • @oYoYebutu Remain silent and be thought a fool. Open your mouth and remove all doubt!

  • @8834b This is deep. It must be some kind of Klingonian-like folklore. Good to learn for future 3rd- or 4th-degree encounters.

  • @oYoYebutu What's the degree of an encounter?

  • @hallpriest9 Good one!

  • @oYoYebutu Can you at least explain what you mean by a third-degree encounter?

  • @hallpriest9 One that is too close. (Obviously, not as close as a 4th-degree ~. (Which is the closest. (Yet?)))

P.S. Good to see you would not just give up. Have fun!

  • @oYoYebutu Have fun with what?

  • @oYoYebutu Take a pill. You would deny artistic interpretation? Glad they didn't ask you for advice on how to make such beautiful music that brings joy to so many. Take a step back, my friend. This may not be your, "Cup of tea" but it sure is a wonderful cup of tea.

  • @8834b No.

  • the girl ruined it.Her voice isnt clear enough.I know her name, but cant think of it.

This was written by Leonard Cohen years ago,and its just beautiful, even when Bon Jovi does it.

  • @ChimeraAZ Sarah Mclachlan

  • Amazing.... goosebumps guaranteed!!!!

  • @robertsoleil i know it gossbumps awsome

  • all i can say is bless the lord!!!HALLELUJAH

  • @hiroshymaboy8 yes blesse amarica and to all
