  • What you people need to know is JJ Rawlings was one of African true revolutionist this coming from a Nigerian, I wish and pray that we have somebody like him to change Nigeria. What you need to know is check Ghana's past and present which shows the future is bright. We Nigerians want what JJ Rawlings did for you. Long life JJ Rawlings and God bless you.

  • This man reminds me of Bob Nesta Marley. This two revolutionarists, each doing his thing the way he did it, are those Africa needs to day

  • U r the man

  • yeah, ghana really needs a dictator again.

    idiots.

  • come back abd end it ..........racfasta

  • But for Rawlings, Ghana would have been a deserted land in the early 70's. I am a full blooded Ghanaian. Thank you JJ. You're my hero.

  • Jerry Rawlings....heart of a lion...spirit of the people...it almost brings me to tears watching his leadership in action at such a young age...reminding me of our other young leaders who were killed by the West and its agents for the crime of loving African people and rejecting tribalism.... Lumumba of Kongo...Sanakra of Burkina Faso...Mboya of Kenya and many others unknown...African will rise again one day....Africa will rise again one day...

  • ooo i love u jj best gh has ever hd

  • ghana needed this man

  • murderer

  • @MakeLoveNoBabiez To talk with such conviction, one must be certain about what he or she knows.

The making of one sometimes inevitably means the elimination of another.

We live in a real world and trust me you need to open ya mind

  • @lozid24 and 20yrs down da line wat did dat making of himself achieve 4 da masses?

  • THE BEST EVER---I LOVE RAWLINGS

  • @emzra18. I have never lived in Ghana but I have closely followed their story. Am sure most readers will agree that JJR took over at a time when Ghana was in absolute mayhem. Whilst some may have seen his leadership style as draconian, i do believe that was just what Ghana needed at the time. Indeed most African countries need the likes of JJR when one considers the level of corruption and disregard for democracy. JJR obviously had his own flaws but just take a look at where Ghana is today.

  • @sayYourMind I am a Ghanaian and i tottly agree wit u, its wisiest comment i ever heard about him, people still think hes BAD but i say hes among the best ever happend to ghana stability, Ghana is muliti-culture,multi-tribals,one cannot keep Ghana has its own property, bowing down easly to colonial masters, playing wit peoples life........

  • Ghanaians owe quite a lot to JJR.

  • born and raised in Ghana, i have never seen these videos before, but looking at it today, i would have done the same come what may and go what must.

  • Great Leader, Nationalist and Pan-Africanist!
