Here's how I got my Spiritomb...

One day, I decided to trade my level 30 Snorlax over GTS, I asked for a Spiritomb. I was expecting to never get it. The next day, some idiot traded me some level 73 SHINY Spiritomb. Which by the way, shiny Spiritomb looks awesome.

a easy way to get spiritomb is if have an action replay there is a cheat to get 100 people to talk to you ones to get the chat press l+r and go undrerground and see your trainer card you wiil see that you have talk to 100 people happy hunting

You can also get a pokemon with foresight then use false swipe, foresight lets a pokemon use normal types on a ghost type.

You must meet 32 more people in order to get a second wild Spiritomb. It's much easier just to breed the one you already have to get another one.

You can still do it with the Ditto in Diamond Pearl and Platinum.

Or you could just catch a female Spiritomb and breed it with a Pokémon in its egg group. For more information on egg groups, check out Serebii's egg group section.

Do you have Emerald version? If you do, you can catch one in the Safari Zone and import it with the Pal Park.

That's the easiest way I know... I'd say "get one on the GTS" but most people would expect a Palkia in return.

Well, unfortunately, they only appear on honey trees in Diamond and Pearl (and Platinum), and the encounters with them are few and far in between, so it's not a very effective way to get an Aipom. It's seriously better to just catch one in Emerald version's Safari Zone, where they pop up much more often.

Spriritomb can be caught at any time of the day, and he'll be there after you meet all of the requirements. I'm not sure what's going wrong on your end.

The underground isn't Wi-Fi compatible, so no. You just need another Diamond/Peal cartirdge with a second DS, or a friend that's willing to help you do it.

On a side note, Pokémonh Platnium (the officially unofficial name for the remake of Diamond/Pearl) is supposed to have the underground work with Wi-Fi, but it's not 100% confirmed yet.
