I found this video by accident - when I looked for pieces by Loeillet ... I played it several times and each time I was impressed by this young piano player.

I can not play myself but what I heard was very good. I now wonder how this boy named Anthony (?) has progressed since then ( 2 years ago now ?).

the mordents? kepp the writst low fingers light and close to the keys. if the fingers seize up you can t play fast.

Hi there, I'm really amazed to see a young boy playing G7 pieces. A few things to note, pardon me, this particular piece should be played resembling the flow of water. You managed to hold the tone pretty well. But try not to flip the page too hard - be gentle!

Blooming heck Anthony, you make it sound so easy :-) You're clearly ready for G7 & presumably taking it next term?

I sat my G6 today - I know they say "a bad workman blames his tools" but honestly, I was playing the piano from hell (so to speak). I can't imagine securing anything more than a pass, a merit would be generous - my pieces sounded horrible, especially the Prelude in C# minor!

You make G7 sound so easy....(& I know it;s not) Excellent work :-) xx

The piano I played at my exam was a bit to bright, so on the Octobre, it was hard to make it softer.

I'm pretty sure my G7 vids (someday) will be far inferior to yours but I'd still really appreciate your honest feedback.
