In 93, Pet Shop Boys released this "Very", a very powerful album. Among its undisputable masterpieces we have "A different point of view". A song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about human nature itself.

every song chris lowe hate , are the best, as with twentieth century, chris say that's the weakest song of fundamental ,but neil say it's the best, ans many fans love this song. i think this song is an amazing dance song, because it's a beautiful song and one of the best dance song ever done

I really love this song, and VERY is my favorite PSB album besides BEHAVIOUR, I think part of the reason Neil and Chris have been around so long is cause they agree to disagree. They don't fall in line with any real genre and are constant reinventions of themselves. Everyone I share their music with is hooked-PSB are amazing.

I have that one too! Although the tab on the top snapped off moving here. I got mine at a record store in Columbia, Mo-the very place I bought my vinyl version of "Please" years ago.

Great Song-Amazing album! I still have mine like this, orange all over and raised dots on the cover. I also have a vinyl copy of West End Girls-MaxiSingle.

These were some of my first music purchases made with my money as a teen, and I cherish all the memories of that time. Freedom, the 80's, and the Pet Shop Boys!!!

well i'm hearing piano playing the chords, clipped synth bass playin the bass line, and slow/delayed warm pads playin the base note.. then when the drums fade in they have slide synths.. all and all they's awesome!

The reason why there's no video for this is that it was never a hit single. They have videos for songs like "Liberation" and "Go West" because those were hit singles, but Different Point of View wasn't. Matter of fact, you can't even find it on their PopArt album.
