Well I'd say it's just there to let the player view the game in a different way and I'm also interested in game development myself so I kinda like turning it on and looking around how the environment and objects are modeled for the game as it gives you a better view over them :-)

I have a question, is this timed?

Hi Timewaster34!

The only thing that's timed in this is that small gate that you lower by jumping out and hanging on that Ankh-Object that you can see around 1:28 - 1:35 in this video.

You have about 15 seconds from the moment you regain control over Lara to get past it, if you fail you need to climb all the way up to the Ankh-Object to pull it down and try again :-)

You get a few cheats when you beat the whole game and then you will have to do the levels again on Time Trial to unlock the rest of the cheats :-)

I pass this level without needing to go the water, I exist another much more easy way. that it programs I have to use to record the video and to put here in youtube which the program that uses to record video

Well there are a few you can give a try: Fraps and GameCam

There might be more programs that are good for recording games, sadly these are the only ones I know of. If you ever record a video for this, please let me know :-)

The other video only shows how to climb and solve the puzzle about raising the water level, this is one of the artifact videos that shows you how to obtain the Relic :-)
