It's great to see you doing so well! If you think about it, the average 9 year old weighs 65lbs so you have already lost a whole person in weight and that is fantastic!! Keep up the good work and thanks for recommending Oasis - I'm going to get some!

The mouth spray helped me out too when I was in the hospital! I think you should mention that again in your next video... (like you said do it sooner in the video)

You know Mark, I was looking for your update earlier today! Yea! It's here! I'm glad that you're still doing so well. That's great news. And glad to hear everything is going well with your wife too.
