Clinton was one of the most corrupt men to hold the office of President. He and his wife ran a banana republic in Arkansas.

Having said that, he was also one of the best Presidents. Every American I know remembers the 90s as a great time, a time of opportunity and great optimism, a time when America was respected around the world.

What happened to that America? President Obama, with his secret assassinations, warmongering and general incompetence can't hold a candle to Clinton.

I have the feeling that the coming presidential debate between Obama and Romney will be quite similar to this one: A charismatic Democratic president running for reelection and defending his achievements, while the less exciting Republican candidate tries to discredit him and paint him as a failure. The result, however, will be the same: The Democratic president will win a second term.

Bill Clinton was overall a good president and I'd say he was the best president of the last 30 years, and was defenetly the best presidet of my lifetime (I was born in '93,) and he had us on our way to paying down the debt and we had a balaced budget, but thanks to GW, that was all changed but also, I must admit that when you get from that administration it starts to look bad because things like NAFTA, GATT, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, (glass stegal repeal) hurt the country in the long run.

@amasra56 i enjoyed clinton to, the 2nd bush wasnt bad, he didnt start 2 wars 1 of them started here, i hope other presidents would do the same to bring them to justice otherwise they would attack again, they will say were week. iraq 1st bush messed up he had saddam but left Clinton gave him hell 2, then clinton went into iraq, saying the same thing as bush 2 about WMD, clinton left after a month cuz of papularity, at least bush stayed got saddam, obama is the worse, 4 times the debt than bush

@TheMattd546 Well you got half right.Saddam had chemical weapons (limited number we sold when he was at war with Iran and our friend) and he used them to gas Kurds. He used them just about all but may be some left. First Bush was right in taking the action he did to stop Saddam advancing in Kuwait and may be going down to Saudi Arabia.and he did it the world's support (money and soldiers) He did not want to go after and topple Saddam because he knew that he didn't have the support for it and ,,

It became Obama's problem after Bush left and Obama stuck to his promise and the agreement signed by Bush to leave Iraq by 2012. These are the basic facts. We went in, destroyed the country, killed its people, in the name of WMDs which we never did find.Saddam was not a good man but he was Iraq's problem.
