It depends on how you throw it NEVER twist your arm, I am 15 and I throw a knuckle curve and it never hurts my arm

what are you talking about? you dont have to be a lefty and it's not a slider for them. a screwball is the opposite of a slider. a left handers screwball would run in on a left handed batter.
