Don't see this bill being voted on in senate right now especially since the Dems are in control, and are in a lot of hot water with the coming election. Besides, its companion bill (H.R. 1332) is tied up in 2 committees, and are awaiting executive comment from Health and Human Services and U.S.D.A.

No doubt, after 2010, this bill will resurface and be resubmitted again.
