If Ireland won this match we would of qualifed for the 2010 World Cup and wouldn't of even had to meet France. They had it won in the 87th minute but they threw their lead away 2 mintues later like what they always do. If they are to get far in the Euros they have to stop this

Why were Ireland attacking at 2-1 up, with a minute left. The Italians scored with a counter which is what they do best. I swear if we could hold on to our leads we'd qualify as group winners every time.

This was me and my dad's first ever Ireland game, His company got free tickets as a business gift and he was the only one left in the factory with his boss who didn't like football so we got to go. We were still jumping around up and down even my dad with arthritis in his knees was jumping up for the boys in Green when the bastards equalized. It was so horrible. Just a silent Croke Park. Great game though. one of the best I've seen Ireland play and I was there :) I also called the Whelan goal :D

Whats with all the shit talk? As I am an Italian Canadian I have to admit one thing. I love the italian team but they piss me off. They leave good players at home like Cassano and Pazini and always have old bastards for coaches. They never attack and rarely dominate a game. yes people will say there record speaks for itself and they always manage to squeek through but that is not exciting soccer.
