  • I think your cat's pattern is just blue lynx point from what I see from the video

but according to your description that kind of color pattern has official name

and its called Torbie, it means Tortie with Lynx . and Tortie means 3 colors.

BTW beautiful kitten and what a cute play time :)

  • Are you sure that's a ragdoll? Mine has very long fur, especially on the tail. Although, I must admit, the markings look similar, just not the fur. Maybe your kitty is a mix?

Anyway, the video is very cute.

  • @panamah

Her fur is longer than it looks, however it sits flat rather than fluffy. I think its the Burmese ancestory causing this. Everything else is right for a ragdoll, and in winter her coat becomes thicker giving a more typical ragdoll look. When she gets excited or frightened her fur fluffs up and she then looks like the typical ragdoll.

  • the cat is rolling around like that because it's got a harness on it. what were you planning to do, get it to plough a field? if not, take the fucking harness off.

  • @dandestructo

The cat is rolling trying to reach the bell on the harness. The bell was removed (and made into a toy for her), ever since we have gone for daily walks wearing the harness and a lead with no problems. OK people sometimes laugh at us and say "OMG, he's walking a cat...", but other than that no problems.

  • I think your roomba is acting up.

  • It's like Simon's Cat come to life!

  • @sdgj26

Ella is very much like Simons cat, especially when chasing a fly :-) I got a new rahdoll kitten this week and their interactions so far have also been very much like Simons Cat cartoon versions.

  • my cat loved this vid LOL

  • You've just saved yourself from eternal hell, that's where people who put bells on cats go. May God take care of your lucky soul.

  • :))))Ok.I have 3 cats and 2 dogs:))already know everything.Thank you:)Nice new year:)

  • i do not know English,is a computer.write abount what it stands for.../film/OK?

  • @zgladoch

  • @zgladoch

This was the first time the cat wore the harness. The bell came with the harness and the cat is simply trying to catch the bell. In the end she succeeded. I took the harness off her and she played with it for 30 minutes. I then removed the bell and she is now happy to wear the harness every day for an hour long walk.

  • This is cruel.the bell on the back.:(ten kot sie zamęczy z tym dzwonkiem.Powinien miec pod brodą:((

  • its being vigilant

  • Lol, our cats used to do this as well. :) Cats make enjoying life look so easy.

  • @Elainiwen Yeah and you can fuck up theirs by putting a stupid bell on their neck only meant to entertain YOU, not the cat.

  • @KleineJumbie Our cats had no bell, though.

  • @Elainiwen

Every morning I let Ella out, she goes to the same area of tiles and rolls like this for 1-2 minutes. All without any bells or harness.

  • @KleineJumbie

Read the fully movie description to learn about the fate of the bell & understand what is happening in the movie.

  • @PoathTV I did, the comment wasn't for you :) I'm so glad you took it off and it's really nice what you did with it!

  • Omg <333 so cuteeee

  • Here is a tip: have a small treat ready and give it to your cat after you have put the harness on. When you first walk the cat on the lead remember that a cat needs time to survey the environment before they go anywhere. Give the cat time to do this, then follow the cat around and let it have a good time. Never force the cat, just take your time, and have oceans of patience.

  • Aw such a cute kitty. Check out my kitty cat

  • @MrBjorkstrand

Hence the note in the comments about the bell being removed from the harness and then being recycled into a toy I made for her.

  • ella is such a pretty ragdoll i could just hug her and have her snuggle up with me

  • I nicknamed my willow 'limp-kitty' cause she does this stuff.

  • There's lots more movies of Ella doing fun things - just search for "cat" on my channel or "cat poathtv" from youtube or google.

  • hes sssssssssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute

    hes a lil cuti

  • soo cute she is just trying to get the bell

  • Not a Ragdoll (although she is very pretty) and she's in season. Hence all the rolling!

  • @tophand36

She desexed so not in season.

The rolling is purely because she's after the bell on the harness (which she finally gets at the end of the movie). She also rolls like this for about 60 seconds every morning in this same area without fail when I let her out. It's just her thing...

Ella has some strong Burmese physical characteristics, which isn't unexpected in a Ragdoll due to their heritage. Watch her movie in the Cherry tree and she looks more like a fluffy Ragdoll.

  • Hello, your cat is beautiful :) but I doubt it is a ragdoll cat...try seeing some pictures of Blue Point British Shorthair on google. Your cat looks more like them to me.....because of the short hair on tail and around the neck. :) They have colorpoint like yours, and they also have blue eyes:) also British Shorthair is the biggest shorthaired cat....

  • @koyangidees

Ella has the "feel" of a ragdoll (bunny like fur, with both the short and long fur types all over her body). And when she's really excited (or scared) her tail fluffs up as big as her body! She also has the right face and body shape for a ragdoll, and follows me around like ragdolls do. But you're right when you say she looks like some British Shorthairs, I've seen quite a few that at first glance look very much like Ella.

  • @PoathTV also it can be a birman because they ar every similar :)

  • @domi360parke

To be a Birman she'd need the white mits (toecaps).

  • Ella no longer just flops when her harness is put on - she now knows it means she's going to be outside in the big exciting world for an extended period :-)

  • its the collar....

  • The cat is just beautiful from her beautiful face and head to her toes and tail.

  • @jrmetmoi

More movies of Ella looking beautiful are on my channel, just search the channel for 'ragdoll' :-)

  • its not a ragdoll... its more likely to be a birman

  • @batmang2009

Not a Birman - look at the feet and toes, there are no white tips which is a requirement for all Birmans.

  • That's hysterical...and cute!! How did you get her at 16 months old? Was she a rescue kitty? BTW - I want to live wherever you live - sounds and looks delightful!

  • @steiff1001

Ella came to me from a loving owner who misses her a lot. However circumstances meant Ella needed a new home and so she has a new loving owner.

Ella now lives in suburban Melbourne (Australia), enjoys sunbaking, birdwatching, meeting ringtail possums at night, and plotting her escape over the fence.

  • That's hysterical...and cute!! How did you get her at 16 months old? Was she a rescue kitty?

  • Poor pretty girl. She hates you.

  • @breevree73

If she had any grudges they were quickly gone - she still sleeps next to my pillow every night :-)
