Peter Schiff is sadly right. 3rd parties have one hell of a hard time under our current system. Ron Paul has talked about when he ran as a libertarian, he spent most of his money just fighting to get on ballots. The two big parties have set up election laws to punish 3rd parties. Also the media makes 3rd party candidates look like nutcases. This is all by design. The only way to change anything currently is to infiltrate the Republican Party with libertarians.

I met Peter Schiff at the Dinner at theRally for the Republic. I am a little dissapointed by the video. Peter is obviously slightly skewed by the fact that he wants the Republican nomination, so it's not like he can go on record and say "Vote Libertarian" whether he would or not.

I do not want to spend the next 4 years hoping Republicans aren't douche bags. I will spend my time making the best 3rd party we can,maybe it's 10 years down the road, but we will be the party of principle.
