@soregan2404 Miley did not become famous because of her dad. She just happened to be born into a musically gifted family, she was used to being in front of audiences - but just for fun, not professionally. She worked on her own to get where she is today. They lived in Tennessee, and she went with just her mom to LA to audition a large number of times for the part of Hannah Montana before she finally got it. She worked hard by herself. Her dad wasn't even thought of until her part was settled.

She wouldn't have made it if she didn't have talent of her own. And there are actually many other artists who truly appear to only be famous because of a relative. That's not Miley, she really is talented and has made her own career - she is more famous than her dad now.
