Beautiful. Singing not bad either. Thanks. I've always liked this song too since it was a hit when I was 16 in 1981. My band is about to do a cover of his other ballad off the album, "Atlanta Lady" Love that one too since I grew up in Atlanta, and I dig the bass lines on both these songs.

It kind of broke my heart when I heard Marty Balin lost his wife not to long ago to whom he was maried for many years and had two daughters with, also Marty did not get the recognition he deserved for both a member of Jefferson Airplane and Starship. It just seemed that Grace slick was over highlighted and cast a shadow over him.

How cool, I finally found this tune. I've been looking for it for about 15 years.

Always thought it was Jefferson Starship, but I gave up looking for a long time. I forgot Marty Balin did the solo thing, plus he didn't write it. Never new that but it was one of my favorites. I've heard a bunch of covers of it but I can safely say that you win. Nice Job!!!
