Thank you for posting this. I caught the tail end of this song on Letterman last night and it took me about 3 seconds to fall in love with this song. The Late Show website will probably post the video very soon, but I didn't want to see the whole song performed. Powerful voice, powerful melody, powerful lyrics. I have a new fave!

the difference is the audience. When I lived and caught many shows in New York, the audiences felt priveleged and were very respectful of the artist's and generally held the mindless conversations for the breaks.

Now that I'm in Austin I still see a lot of shows, but the people attending are more interested in yappin' and drinking than enjoying the talent that is before them.
