Well it looks like you are not the video owner. It is a great video.. but you stand to loosed your adsense account if the original uploader files a complaint.... and its not hard for him to do. Im just trying to help you out. I would take it down rather than risk it.
@banshee8989 there are no less than ten other copies of this exact video posted around youtube, with way more views. i dont feel like i am in any danger
@AmtrakBoy42 As a fellow railfan, It's not right for you to take someone else's videos and post them as your own on your own page. I wouldn't want anything like that done to me. And if it does happen, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of law. I have a copyright license code embedded in my videos, Not to easy for you to say that one of mine are yours.

Sorry but this was shot in Kansas and Colorado on the Kyle Railroad about two or three years ago. Video was shot by an employee of the railroad, but seems numerous copies not exist, with all sorts of locations claimed.
