been searching for that video for over a year, the only movie at the time to put the craps in me. but can some one tell me what kind of bug they was???
I like the movie, but the book is way better- -still goofy with the suddenly telepathic roaches, but a lot creepier... And tucker844 needs to learn basic grammer... Coruse I'm sure he's 16, so no surprise he doesn't know how to create a sentence.
WOW!!! Just watched this a minute ago! I haven't seen this flick since i was 11 or 12 and watched it one summer afternoon in Minot, ND on Commander USA's Groovy Movies in '82 or '83! Thanks for bringing back some GREAT memories and THANK YOU for posting this!!! Cool, creepy, slow at times but pretty good flick! :)
A fun, cheesy cult classic. The Nest, Squirm, Slugs, Frogs, Food of the Gods, Nightwing, Alligator, Piranha, Kingdom of the Spiders, Night of the Lepus, Deadly Eyes and The Pack are all great ones to watch too.
Don't forget Jaws which is the grand-daddy of killer animal movies! i saw this movie when i was 6 on HBO and enjoyed it, how old were you when you saw this?
I remember as a teenager watching these kind of movies on Saturdays during 'Creature Feature' in Channel 6, in Miami, FL! Those were the good old days! Thanks for posting these old, fantastic movies we grew up with. :o)
I'm 49 and remember seeing this flick on a Saturday afternooon at the Plaza Theater in West Paterson, N.J. with my younger brother and a school buddy. I was only 13 and the three of us were so spooked we tucked the bottom of our pants in our socks at the theater so the bugs wouldn't creep up our legs. Two years later Star Wars hits the theaters and became a fanatic. The glory days!
An absolute CLASSIC right here. I own this but I thank you for posting this everyone to see.
I think it's and under appreciated film.
I first saw this on The USA Network back in the late 80's, and I never forgot it. Gave me the creeps as a kid. They used to use clips from this film on Saturday Nightmares bumpers. I, vividly, remember Alan Kalter saying "Don't let the commercials 'BUG' you. We'll be right back" as the woman answered the phone.

The best thing to do when a building is collapsing is to remain inside of it. Makes sense....

As a kid I sat down with my dad and watched these '70s camp horror flicks. Squirm was another good one.

One of the best Creature Feature movies of the 70's.
Makes your skin crawl, and catch on fire.
