  • @seykitten1 No you inbred. The lipstick covers the scars. He has no make up for a split second in the movie and you can see it better. Watch the movie before you comment nonsense

  • to all of the idiots who dont understand; his dad gave him one side, he gave himself the other

  • my father waaaass..... a duck

  • His laugh is so chilling, yet amazing. I love it.

  • i always think at 1:12 mc hammer is gonna shout hammertime

  • I love how the joker goes after anyone who confronts him.

  • @justclick I don't no about that but these stories are better

  • Neither are right didn't Batman do this to him? I remember seeing a movie about this

  • They don't look like scars they look like Messed up lipstick attempt. The scar mouth Japan did it better with kakihara from ichi the killer.

  • @seykitten1 Have you seen him without the makeup? It looks really realistic.

  • Okay, question 1:

How did you receive your scars, Joker?

    A. My father did it or

    B. I did it to myself

Joker: C. All of the above

  • @MrMegaSuperDuperMe That guy needs to choose. Honestly. But its the father. The joker kept making up the wife one as he went along. He kept thinking. you can see it on his face.

  • @TheHappyDirt

LOL. fictional - there is no right anwer

  • it was a team effort, his father did the right and his wife caused the left.

  • hes better in brokeback mountain

  • he's great in both... complete different genre, character, circumstances, reality ... both exceptionally oscar worthy as they are. wish he was still available for movies.@14lanicup

  • For an entirely different spin on these stories, put into the youtube search bar 'Sad Violin'. Click the first, and play it over this.

    P.S, don't tell Joker I told you this ;)

  • Heath Ledger was the best Joker ever and no one could ever beat the way he did it. Btw when he licked his mouth/scars through out the movie did anyone start copying him? I did by accident lol

  • @chinabunnys dumb comment

  • " Now I'm always smileing xD" :( I won't be now that he's dead.

  • never open a bag of chips witha a chainsaw

  • i love the way he laughs, its just so evilish

  • i love the way he laughs, its just so evilish

  • In the second story, He sounded really mad

    I guess that's what happened

  • i wonder if he got the scar on one side of his mouth from his dad and the other side from himself lol thats the only way the two storys will be true lol

  • The first story was about his dad, 2nd his wife, i wonder which story he would of told batman at the end??

  • @greyistight i'm guessing neither

  • It's so funny how the Joker was the only memorable character from that movie. Take him out and it's not very good. Just proof to the fact that sometimes, one actor can make or break a film.

  • Its a pity that he died

  • he did so well as the joker in this movie!

  • "Okay Stop! Hammer time!"

  • I like the first the best

  • annnnd.... why so serious?

  • If you like Scar Story 2 more than 1, thumps up!

  • @Itrainharder number 1 is more believable

  • @JokerScars69 Number 2 is easily more beleivable, and there's a lot more sincerity in the way he speaks. "I just want to see her smile again. I just want her to know that I don't care about the scars." His inflection and tone sound more desperate and sincere than they do anywhere else in the film. Not only that, but take note that he's speaking present tense. He says want, not wanted. It's obvious that when he tells the story he goes right to that moment. That's just what I think.

  • @JimmyFraska He's the Joker. He's just that insane.

  • @10chaos01 Ledger added a more genuine emotional inflection to the second story. I think that's probably the one either he and/or the Nolan bros. believe more.

  • @JimmyFraska Very good point my man, but in my opinion 'the Joker" tells any story that he thinks will affect whoever he tells it too most. For example, he told the mob boss(who presumable is a drunk and drug pusher) that his dad was a drunk and fiend, and told Rachel that his wife was beautiful(like she is) and left him. So I believe he has a story for every occasion and every person.

  • I don't know what to do ,laugh or cry D=

  • why so serious !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Two different stories because he got Two different scars on the left scars the longer one his dad did that and on the right side the shorter one he did that!!

  • @P1n0iGam3rS you may be right

  • @P1n0iGam3rS you could be correct but i quote from the joker "I don't remember my past. i decide my own past and choose it how i se fit" or something along those lines. he just basically doesn't remember so he makes the most threatening story to say.

  • Maybe he cut himself to help forget. (and no I am nont regomending that stupid emo crap)

  • @MrWelshwookie. That's the point, you don't know if he's telling the truth or not, Joker likes to lie and play games.

  • what i dont get is that he says two different stories so witch one is right?

  • @MrWelshwookie neither, both who knows? I bet not even he knows.

  • @MrWelshwookie *which

  • Joker is just amazing, I say these to my mates and stick my keyring knife in their mouth and they always shit themselves it's funny :)

  • @D4rk5hade you have problems

  • woah dude, amazing quality

  • Anyone else flinch every time he put a knife in someone's mouth? o_O

  • @HeldbyGravity I flinch at the way he violently handles people, like what he did with Rachel.

  • i gotta do this monolouge for school CANT W8

  • The great thing about Heath Ledger doing such a great job with the Joker character is that it's rather simple to imitate. After seeing all the would be actors on You tube doing their best Heath Ledger "Joker" that is.

So if there is need of the Joker in any future Batman movies, I hope the actor will indeed copy Heath's performance of the Joker to the letter. Christian Bale is doing a decent job as Batman and there is more to explore for both on the screen. But not in a Smallville way.

  • you missed out at the end 'THEN YOUR GONNA LOVE ME'

  • there would have been a third scar story if heath did not die.... and harvey dent would have also returned in the sequel!!!! they could have done so much more with harvey dent!!!

  • Did I ever tell you how I got these scars?

    Yes, several versions.

  • I love the joker! He's the most tragic villain ever.

  • Damn you Batman! I wanted to hear a third scar story! *pouts*

  • @Jokerfan517 same

  • @Jokerfan517 lol same

  • So I went home and got my favorite toy airplane and cut a smile ony face! I got fired.

  • You wanna know how I got these scars? Well I used to be a nuclear physicist. It was always a stressful job, and I was always frowning. So my coworker Asked me after a stressful day, "why are you always frowning?"

  • heath was the best. some peeps say he didnt die if thats true i think the y should make a sequal.

  • both stories are good, in batman the animated series he tells harley quinn while she was his doctor that his father would beat him, and in batman : the killing joke it shows his "wife" but what happens is different, either way theres alot of different and interesting stories of how he became what he was, mafia hitman, the red hood, failed stand up comedian and so on

  • @QuantumRanger4ever The Joker himself once said that he likes having a past that's multiple choice, so maybe they're all true :)

  • lol i do this all the time at work, and it scares ppl lol

  • LOVE this movie

  • prefer the final fight scene between batman and the joker. u can see how crazy the joker really is by just watching him hitting batman. awesome scene. watch it again

  • Cool the way he's always throwing his tong off, like some obssesive-compulsive tottaly wacko behavior!!! i tottaly under-rated that actor!! RIP

  • Why So SERIOUS!? Fuck I Love That Movie

  • Maybe he got one scar from his father, and made the other one for his wife.

  • I know. I love the Killing Joke.

  • So true to the comics. "If I'm going to have a past, I prefer it to be Multiple Choice"

  • @ciaranod The Killing Joke.

  • @ciaranod The Killing Joke

  • @ciaranod yup. also the general direction of the joker's story in this movie is taken from the killing joke as well- the idea of him trying to take someone incorruptible and corrupt him. in killing joke it was gordon not harvey, and the stuff he did to him was almost worse than what he did to dent in the movie. like paralyzing babs and making naked gordon look at those big pics of babs naked and bleeding. and those little carnival midgets dressed like hookers dragging gordon along... so creepy

  • Why so quiet?

  • Heath Ledger did such a great job as the Joker, so sad that he died. RIP. "Why so serious?"

  • Great show the ending was the icing on the cake :D

  • the part in the car was a very eerie scene, no sound just the quite music, fantastic film making.

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE enable this so I can put it on my profile... PLEASE !!!!!

    Amazing !

  • AMAZING!!!

  • wow, that was really awesome!

  • I loved it you did a relly good job on that!
