This is probably one of the best RDL demo I've seen. I never really understood that in order to complete the movement (bring the weight up) you have to slowly thrust your hips forward rather than pull the weight up and have the hips move forward in response.
I do this same movement in some of my routines and I've used it for a couple of years now, but i call it a stiff legged deadlft. Do you consider these to be the same thing?
When I perform RDL's, i can only go down to the knees or just under (any further and my back begins to round). Is that range of motion good enough to get good glute and ham activation?
i know its been 7 months but wth, if u feel like thats the max stretch u could put on ur hams then you should be good, if not, then your not bending your knees enough, hope you've gotten bigger since then :D

Best video on the RDL I've seen. After watching, corrected my form and now feel it more in my hamstrings rather than lower back.
