Where did you get the shaker hood?

Bought a regular hood and template, then cut it out. Had to buy the aftermarket trim ring, but already had the factory shaker setup.

No, didn't buy it in a scrapyard. Was sitting behind a bodyshop in Fredericksburg, VA.

my uncle has the same one. i hate the fact that he doesn't want to finnish it up and he won't let anybody else touch it. so it just stays there. very frustrating

Thanks. I hope to finish it up this spring and get the original grabber package stripes on it and an exhaust. Right now it's got open headers.

The 351C is a pretty strong motor. The C4 is also a good automatic transmission. Most racers today that are running Fords use it. It can be built to stand up to a tough beating.

That sounds absolutely lethal! With any luck I'm picking up a 1970 Mustang Coupe this weekend, it comes with the 351 Cleveland engine as well. Does the Cleveland engine pull fairly strong? The one I'm getting comes with a C4 Auto box whatever that means, lol
