Fred Giannelli (er, @dangerfellini), likes to troll PTV vids on YouTube and claim he did more for PTV than he really did. he was a member of PTV for what, 4 years? PTV existed WAY before (and after) he was in the band. his modus operandi is getting old. he seems to have hated his time in PTV, yet he posts all sorts of videos.

@catpee3000 Fred, if Gen really "ripped you off" like you say s/he did, then take it to fucking court! i mean, Gen lives in NY, it's not like s/he lives in some tiny third-world country...you know where Genesis lives! either take it to court or fucking get over it! look, i'm a musician and i've done studio work too, and i know how contracts work...were you considered an actual member of the band, or a "paid employee"...cos those are two different things.

@catpee3000 I'd rather just torture morons like you. No $ for a lawyer unless you are volunteering. Gen always claims that he's broke or been ripped off by licensing my work to companies that he claims never paid him. By contaminating all of my work with my valid opinion he won't bother licensing anything I made again. FYI, I do not have Gen's current address since he moved to NYC years ago. Perhaps if I had that info he would have been served papers...

@dangerfellini first off, i'm not saying you didn't get screwed. but if you had a genuine contract with Gen, well...didn't you read it before you signed it? i mean, i know there are many states that take verbal contracts as legally binding, but you better be able to prove that shit beyond a reasonable doubt.

also: good job for talking shit to a PTV fan...i say that sarcastically, cos you're not winning any points.

@catpee11 You sound very naive. There were never any contracts to sign with P-Orridge because he just took advantage of everyone's talent. Sure he appeared fair at the time but he was living a "lifestyle" that was considerably higher than any of the other members of the group while I was involved.

@catpee11 The only contract I had was for my publishing with Complete Music Ltd. They collected the royalties for the material I wrote for PTV at a whopping 25% fee which Gen gently forced me to sign with them because they offered him an advance and nothing for me.

@catpee11 So my complaint is with the reissueing of old material where songwriting publishing royalties were never paid. ie. Voiceprint. As it was at the time, PTV was a "project" with Gen & Paula owning it 50/50. They neglected to realize that after going on the road in the USA twice, as well as Europe that we had gelled into a BAND.

@catpee11 It wasn't until Gen's divorce where he got 100% of control of the project that he offered me a partnership and then revealed that I would incur his personal debt of $200,000. Naturally I considered his so called offer an insult. There is no way that his investment into the band cost him that much. Because Gen operated as a psuedo record company with invisible business partners that handled manufacturing and distribution in the UK, I could not audit his books.

@catpee11 Here's an example for you of a former member named Grimsby/Paul Reeson re: artwork. Paul designed the artwork for the Unclean twelve inch single. Which Gen decided to keep using without making a deal with Paul. He even recently licensed the image of the Unclean record sleeve to be put on a t-shirt. Gen never contacted Paul for permission, or offered him a fair cut of any profits or even sent him a free t-shirt.

@catpee11 The same thing happened to Val Denham with the wolf on the cross t-shirt. Gen never had any contracts with anybody. PS. I will ALWAYS talk sarcastically to PTV fans. I could care less. @catpee3000 in a city of millions, how many people are named Genesis P-Orridge, or even his birth name of Neil Megson? both names are pretty unique and i can't imagine that it would be THAT hard to track him down.

i have a hard time believing that your lawyer did their best to try and find Gen. if that's really the case, i'd highly suggest you find a new lawyer, cos your old one sucked at his job!

@bluestate69 Well, Alex Ferguson wrote it and I just adapted it rather quickly for the post-Alex version of PTV that I was involved in. We didn't play it very many times live in '88 and '89.

@bluestate69 ferguson was the alternative tv guy right? you did an excellent job with the arrangement . it would be a hard song to translate live, because the hook is a very understated keyboard "riff", so the guitar taking over makes perfect sense. how long were you with psychic tv?
