@Dinobot2468 no. this is a seperate game. its Fallout online. even though its not official, it is still very good and is in the beta test. the developers are now trying to get it in 3d like in the non-finished fallout game Van Buren. go to official 2238 website,register and download. if ur having trouble installing check the wiki for the installation guide. :)

This is by far the most epic fallout game ever made, due to the fact that it is multiplayer. So unless they make a multiplayer mod for NV then im gonna be playing this for the next 20 or so years. that good sir is my two-cents.

It seriosly need to be moar noob friendly i mean loosing all your shit when you die thats totally fine its very real then in the wasteland and all but pkers, not knowing what the hell to do and so little quests thats the issue for me, atm im strugling with this game to get anywhere otherwise it seemse really cool with factions and all that

I find Fonline really nice already in beta.

But I have one problem.. with the gfx. It seems that the more there is "models" in a map, the more I get these weird streching graphics. Any idea what might be causing this? I've tried to adjust the video settings in the config tool (setting fullscreen, different resolutions and texture sizes) but nothing seems to have any effect. I have ATI 4850.. any tips what to do?

I like the FOnline world, but some things NEED to be fixed:

FIND A PLACE FOR BEGINNERS!!!

The start is so harsh and discouraging that many people definetely die 10 times max, ragequit and stop playing it... just because people GANK there, making the game DIFFICULT to APPROACH

It's also a cultural shock to regular RPGers, because you LOSE ALL YOUR STUFF in the battle! THOSE are PKers who kill newbies for easy money and rape towns empty. FIX IT!

Omg I just found out about this and I'm going to be there on the 15th (?) when OBT is opened.

"The date of third open test defined - it's 15'th of august. Just to remind - there are no any pre-registration needed - visit this site and download the client archive in target date. This test will last till release with small breaks for updates."

So just visit the site on the 15th and download the beta :P
