  • not that I want to tell the master but lining up the seats with new carpet in is a bigger nightmare, what I did after struggling with one side was to rethink the whole thing over.I put the screws in from the underside, this told me where to cut the holes in the carpet and where to place the seat, after that all you do is take one bolt from underside and put it in the top as it should be until all 4 are done.

    easy

  • Nice job as usual..... Keep them comming....

  • Time to get a ratchet wrench.

  • Does anyone know of somewhere other than Moss that I can get seat tracks? Or maybe how to make some? I just can't bring myself to pay $45 for two little pieces of metal for One side!

  • @acousticpunker ...Try a junkyard for these kinds of odds and ends. A few weeks ago I found a nice set of bows for the tonneau cover that came with the original bag. Expect to pay about half what you would pay for new, take your catalog with you. Making a set of tracks would be a difficult thing to do.

  • I should have watched all these videos before I put my fathers Midget together!

  • Enjoy the vids!

  • How do you get the seat bolts in without crossthreading them?

  • I love ratcheting wrenches, they have saved me so many times.
