Graphics on my tv looks pretty good. It's just the envoirments need lots of work.

For online, when i played more it's depends on how good you do to lose or gain points. Online is fun and it doesnt lag or disconnects a lot. Also in terms of other 360 & Ps3 games the graphics for QoS for 360 or Ps3 is not that great.
