Hehe..nice error from the translator "miss" got 2 meanings in english and 2 words in german. "miss" can mean you didnt hit a target like "i shot and missed" wich would be "verfehlen" or "miss" like in "I miss my family"..wich would be "vermisse(n)" in german. =) Happy new year to you =)

@TheDCM2401 - Yes...we will be producing more videos. We have a long list of videos we'd like to produce. Chef Uwe has been busy remodeling his hotel's dining room and lounge, and therefore just hasn't had any free time. Hopefully his schedule will clear up over the next few months and we can produce a lot more videos.

@TheDCM2401 ~ Glad you got to sample this treat firsthand. It really is a treat for the eyes and for the taste-buds. For most Germans the holidays are not complete without this punch. We'd love to see this catch on fire here in the states. And, yes, the pun is intentional. LOL
