Get genarations cause it has more things in it. But pets is one of the newest (or however you spell that) so i recomend you get pets but if you dont want it then you should get genarations.

@11jaire lol, well when your on the game, go into options, then graphics.

And there will be things like the level of sim detail, tree details, rendering distance.

Read through them and turn down the ones you want, it wont do any harm to your game, but if you turn all of them to low, then the graphics wont be the best, but it will probably play a lot better without lagging.

Just play around with the settins and your game should run a bit better. :-)

@11jaire If your lap top cant handle the game, then yeah try playing it on a desktop pc or a lap top with higher specs.

And try turning the graphic settings down on your lap top too, that should help.
