When still warm, I used it as a filling for bonbon and it's perfect with a dark chocolate crust. I'm now looking at the finished cream and it's a bit soft, not suitable for the paper case. I let it cool for a whole day, so I'm probably doing something wrong... Maybe I didn't biol the cream long enough? :-( Still glad to have found an amazing bonbon filling!
