  • I'm 6'6, i really struggle with muscle endurance in benchpressing, any tips? i'll be going and feeling perfectly fine for like 6 reps than all of a sudden the next rep it's as if my muscles burn out, although they shouldn't be fatigued at that stage.

  • Try decreasing the weight you are repping out. Dont try to rep out weights you are not able to lift easily at least 12 times. Dont rep out more than once in every week or two. Do partial reps, and then slowly increase range of movement with that weight until you are able to do the same number of repetitions as you did at the begining, with partiall movement...

  • Proteins and steroids9(taken not naturally can be a problem for a bodybuilder).I've build an exelent body naturaly.I jut work with big weights and i don't disturb my muscles in regeneration proces.That's the best way!

  • Eat,train,sleep. No shortcuts. The only thing you can gain fast is fat. Train hard and enjoy your life. Good luck!

  • Proper nutrition is the key, if you`re interested in bodybuilding. Suplements are there to fill in the gaps in your diet (and exercise) program.

  • Any brand is OK if it supports 100% of your daily needs. If your finances support it, you can also add some zinc, vitamin E, and vitamin C.

  • wats amino acids, arent they in head n shoulders shampoo or sumthin =P sori im 14 i dnt no much bout these suplements stuff i usually jus work out naturally..

  • People who workout need more protein in their diet in order to maintain or build muscle mass. By digestion, proteins are broken down into amino acids. By working out, your make little tears in your muscle tissue. Amino acids build themselves into that tissue and then you grow.

    If your diet is well balanced you almost dont need suplements. Suplements are good because they contain concentrated macronutrients, and they are easily absorbed in organism.
