Its how you normally do it, when getting monsters, but on one Sim, but your gonna need a baby Alien first, there is a mod that can make your sim every monster besides Bigfoot and Servo. modthesims(dot)com I believe it is, or you can do it just cheats, you keep on doing different monsters until you have all of them.

If you don't want to wait you can turn boolprop testingcheats on and then right click the mailbox and make the leaeder wolf come ^^ or search it lol

First you have to get the career reward of the paranormal career, it's a kind of phone.

Once you have it, kill one of your sim. Then, with one of the other sim of the house, you use the phone. You'll have to give money to resurrect your dead sim, give between 3000 and 5000§.

And you'll a zombie, but beware : once a sim is turned into a zombie, there's no way to go back and make him become normal again.

I have explained it in a previous comment. Preferably having heaps of gardenish stuff (Trees and Plants) a brown/black dog with glowing eyes should appear at night. Become Besties with it and it will nibble you. The sim will then walk off and orange light will appear and the sim will reappear covered in brown fur.
