@GreenMonsterMurmur I never talked about "LEAN" in this video. I only talk about getting the body in alignment and how to get in the proper alignment. Please read the ChiRunning book Chapter 4 pages 75-77. As Danny says "I would say that 80% of all runners I teach start out with their hips too far forward..." in most cases the hips do need to move slightly back about "1/4 inch" as I say in the video. David talks about the ChiRunning concept not the ChiRunning posture and the steps to achieve it
