Go Now, and Rest My love, I'm so sorry I could do nothing to save you. I will miss you desperately until the moment I die. Your touch, your smile, the sound of your laughter. My heart is crushed. I have no tears left to cry. But go home to God now. Go now, and rest. Don't be afraid to leave us alone down here. Help has arrived. The killer has been captured. We can live our lives now with nothing to fear. Mark Rickerby - Writer California - USA
There will always be killing in the Middle East. Only 3 of the 49 Muslim dominated countries are free. At least one raging psychopath (Hussein) and his sadistic sons have paid for their crimes against humanity. The last lines of the poem are poignant to me because, as everyone knows, there will always be something to fear anywhere, but especially in a culture that loves death and destruction as much as radical Islam. Despite the maniac insurgents, we tried to help the Iraqi's, and still are.
