After viewing Part1 to Part4, I think we penangites should strongly disagree PGCC project. Penangites will definitely "NOT" welcome any developer that jeoperdize our Green environment. If they want to improve Penang, may be they can come up with a proposer to ease the current congestion problem. I hope that we will have good public transportation such as MRT.... we definitely don't need Monorail..
