@Sasquatch7foot Roquette is a type of lettuce. We use it here in Québec often in our dishes or just as regular lettuce for our salads.

It is rocket, not roquette, it has been a staple of English cookery since the Tudor period and is as English as Lasagne, centuries older than curry.
